The benefits will be in the form of two  concerts that will take place April 23<sup>rd</sup> and 24th at The Oakland  Opera House&rsquo;s brand new&nbsp;Club X in Oakland.<br /><br />The show will also feature dance music artist Xavier Toscano and comedian Xebic.</p>
<p>The artists were selected by the event&rsquo;s promoter, BYE Entertainment  Foundtation. BYE Entertainment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which will  produce Benefit Concerts, Benefit Festivals, and other special events to bring  awareness and raise funds for important causes.
